AI Policy

This Policy applies to every AI-assisted feature made available through DarkRomanceWrite, whether offered through free access or a paid plan.

Depending on the features available, AI assistance may support activities such as:

• developing concepts, characters, settings, and fictional worlds;
• organizing Story Bible information;
• preparing outlines, scenes, and chapters;
• drafting or continuing text;
• rewriting, revising, expanding, or refining passages;
• analyzing narrative material or project context; and
• providing other writing-related suggestions requested through the Service.

Available features, models, providers, writing tools, limits, and capabilities may change as the Service evolves. Only features actually made available through DarkRomanceWrite form part of the Service.

AI-assisted processing occurs when you choose an AI-enabled feature or when an automated step is reasonably necessary to complete the AI-enabled action you requested.

DarkRomanceWrite is designed to assist adult authors, not replace them.

Artificial intelligence may provide ideas, suggestions, structures, analyses, continuations, rewrites, or generated passages. These results are tools for your consideration. They are not creative or editorial decisions imposed by Lilith Studios.

You remain free to:

• accept or reject any suggestion;
• edit, rewrite, combine, expand, or delete generated material;
• stop using an AI-assisted feature;
• use only selected parts of an Output;
• write or revise any part of your project without AI assistance; and
• decide what becomes part of your final manuscript.

No AI-generated suggestion automatically becomes part of your manuscript merely because it was generated. It becomes part of your project only if you choose to retain, edit, or use it.

You determine the final plot, characters, themes, voice, language, style, intensity, structure, revisions, and text that you keep, publish, or share.

Lilith Studios does not claim to be the author of your manuscript and does not make final creative decisions on your behalf.

When you request an AI-assisted operation, DarkRomanceWrite may automatically assemble the relevant instructions, project context, Story Bible information, settings, or selected text needed to perform that operation.

The relevant information is then processed by the technical systems and AI providers needed to produce the requested result. The resulting Output is returned automatically through the Service.

This automated processing is not human manuscript review. Lilith Studios personnel do not individually read your protected manuscript in order to generate an AI response.

AI models generate results based on the information provided, the project context available to the requested feature, the selected model or configuration, and the model’s capabilities at that time. The same or similar request may produce different results, and Output is not necessarily unique.

You retain all rights you hold in your User Content.

Lilith Studios does not claim ownership of your manuscript, Story Bible, characters, settings, fictional world, outlines, notes, scenes, chapters, drafts, revisions, prompts, or other creative material.

Using an AI-assisted feature does not transfer ownership of your project to Lilith Studios.

You authorize Lilith Studios to process your User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

• provide the features you request;
• store, synchronize, restore, or export your work where those functions are available;
• maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service;
• prevent fraud, abuse, or technical failure; and
• comply with applicable law.

This limited authorization does not permit Lilith Studios to publish, sell, advertise with, or commercially exploit your manuscript.

Lilith Studios does not use your User Content to train AI models.

You may use, edit, export, publish, or commercialize the Output you choose to retain, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and our Terms of Use.

Lilith Studios does not guarantee that every unedited AI-generated passage is copyrightable, registrable, exclusive, unique, or free from possible third-party claims. This limitation does not give Lilith Studios any ownership interest in your manuscript or project.

Your protected manuscript workspace is private.

Lilith Studios personnel, including support staff, administrators, and company leadership, cannot open or read the protected manuscript content stored in that workspace.

When you request an AI-assisted operation, the relevant text is processed automatically by the technical systems needed to perform that request. Automated processing by a machine is not human manuscript review.

Lilith Studios does not manually inspect your manuscript to provide ordinary AI-assisted features, operate your account, calculate Soma usage, investigate routine technical errors, or provide general customer support.

Operational and diagnostic systems are designed to use structured technical information without creating a path for personnel to read prompts, narrative prose, manuscript text, or complete AI responses.

If you voluntarily send an excerpt, screenshot, attachment, or other material to support, privacy, security, billing, or legal personnel, the recipient can read only the material you deliberately submit.

You are never required to send an entire manuscript. If an excerpt is reasonably necessary to explain a problem, you decide what to share.

When you deliberately request an AI-assisted operation, the relevant instructions and project context may be transmitted automatically to the AI systems and providers needed to produce the requested Output.

DarkRomanceWrite requires covered AI requests to use privacy-protected routing with:

• provider data collection denied (data_collection=deny); and
• Zero Data Retention enabled (zdr=true).

These controls restrict covered requests to AI endpoints identified as meeting both requirements.

Neither Lilith Studios nor its AI providers may use your manuscript, Story Bible, prompts, project context, or AI-generated responses to train AI models.

Under the required Zero Data Retention policy, the provider does not retain the prompt or response after the requested AI operation is completed.

If no compliant provider route is available, the request is not sent. DarkRomanceWrite will allow the operation to fail or remain temporarily unavailable rather than silently route your writing through a provider that does not meet these requirements.

AI models and providers may change as the Service evolves, but a provider change does not reduce the privacy, no-training, or Zero Data Retention commitments stated in this Policy.

DarkRomanceWrite is designed for lawful adult fiction and respects the creative freedom of adult authors.

Lilith Studios does not impose editorial censorship merely because a fictional work explores dark, explicit, morally complex, disturbing, violent, traumatic, or consensual adult sexual themes.

The Service is not designed to sanitize lawful adult fiction or replace your artistic judgment with the preferences of Lilith Studios.

This creative-freedom commitment does not override applicable law or the limited conduct requirements stated in our Terms of Use. Technical limitations, model capabilities, or temporary provider availability may also affect whether a particular request can be completed as expected.

AI-generated Output is produced automatically and may sometimes be:

• inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, repetitive, or unexpected;
• unsuitable for your intended plot, characters, tone, style, or audience;
• factually incorrect or based on incomplete context;
• similar to material generated for another user;
• offensive or inconsistent with your instructions; or
• affected by the limitations of the model used.

DarkRomanceWrite does not guarantee that Output will be unique, error-free, publication-ready, commercially successful, or accepted by a publisher, distributor, retailer, platform, or audience.

The Service also does not guarantee that every Output will satisfy a specific word count, style, narrative requirement, or creative expectation.

An unsuccessful, incomplete, or unsuitable generation does not transfer creative control to Lilith Studios. You remain free to reject, revise, regenerate, replace, or delete the result.

You are responsible for reviewing the material you choose to retain, publish, distribute, submit, or commercialize.

Before using AI-generated material outside the Service, you should review it for:

• factual accuracy;
• narrative continuity and internal consistency;
• originality and possible resemblance to existing material;
• compliance with applicable law and third-party rights;
• suitability for your intended audience; and
• alignment with your creative intentions.

DarkRomanceWrite is a writing-assistance service. AI-generated Output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, mental-health, publishing, tax, or other professional advice.

You should independently verify factual or professional information before relying on it.

You remain the person who decides what becomes part of the final work and who approves the manuscript for publication or distribution.

DarkRomanceWrite may process limited structured information needed to deliver AI-assisted features, calculate Soma usage, control costs, maintain reliability, investigate failures, and protect the Service.

This information may include:

• account, project, request, and transaction identifiers;
• the requested feature, model, and provider;
• input and output token counts or word counts;
• request status, duration, and continuation count;
• Soma and provider-cost information;
• provider request identifiers; and
• sanitized technical error categories.

Diagnostic records are designed to reject prompts, Story Bible content, manuscript text, narrative prose, complete AI responses, and unrestricted free-form error messages.

Operational metadata is not used to train AI models.

Retention and deletion of these records are governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

AI technology evolves rapidly. Lilith Studios may change or update the models, providers, routing methods, writing tools, or technical systems used by DarkRomanceWrite.

A change may be made to improve:

• writing quality;
• privacy or security;
• reliability and availability;
• generation speed;
• technical compatibility;
• cost control; or
• the capabilities offered through the Service.

These changes may affect the tone, style, length, consistency, speed, or other characteristics of future Output.

Lilith Studios does not guarantee permanent access to a specific model, provider, writing voice, or AI capability.

A change of model or provider does not transfer ownership of your User Content and does not reduce the no-training, protected-manuscript, or privacy-routing commitments stated in this Policy.

Lilith Studios may update this AI Policy to reflect changes in the Service, AI technology, applicable law, security practices, or our providers.

The effective and last-updated dates at the beginning of this Policy identify the current public version.

If a change materially affects how AI-assisted features process User Content or alters a material user right, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or through another appropriate method.

Where applicable law requires renewed consent, we will request it before the relevant change takes effect.

A change to this Policy does not, by itself, transfer ownership of existing User Content to Lilith Studios.

The official language of this AI Policy is English.

Any translation may be provided solely for convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
